[Application of systemic enzyme therapy in combined treatment of patients with pulmonary cancer and malignant thymoma].

The systemic enzymotherapy using Wobe-Mugos E in the combined treatment of 32 patients with pulmonary cancer and of 21 patients with malignant thymoma was applied. After the chemotherapy and radiotherapy conduction the reduction of the postoperative septic-purulent complications, the pneumofibrosis occurrence prophylaxis was noted.

[Nonspecific active immunotherapy in surgical treatment of patients with pulmonary cancer].

Application of nonspecific active immunotherapy in the treatment of 59 radically operated patients with pulmonary cancer had permitted in brief period of time to restore quantitative and functional indexes of cellular link of immunity, had promoted noncomplicated course of postoperative period, the reduction of the postoperative complications frequency and improvement of late follow-up results of surgical treatment of the patients in the absence of metastases in regional lymphatic nodes.

[Immediate and late follow-up results of the combined treatment of patients with esophageal and gastroesophageal cancer by intravascular laser irradiation of blood].

The method of intravascular laser irradiation of the blood was applied in complex treatment of 41 patient with thoracic esophagus cancer and in 31 patient with gastroesophageal cancer. Incorporating of photoimmunotherapy to the complex of treatment of patients had promoted the lowering of the postoperative complications rate, mortality and of the three-year survival indexes.

[Intravascular laser irradiation of the blood in complex treatment of the patient with esophageal cancer].

Complex treatment of 41 patients with intrathoracic esophageal cancer using intravascular laser irradiation of the blood was done. The immunorehabilitating method application had promoted the postoperative complications rate lowering, the mortality reduction, the three-year survival rate indexes improvement.
