We studied the effects of food deprivation, spatial complexity of environment, and cognitive strain on blood level of testosterone in male (C57Bl/6×DBA/2)F1 mice. Hormone concentration decreased after exposure to any factor and this decrease depended on combined impact to the factors. Testosterone concentration was most sensitive to cognitive strain against the background of food deprivation.

The damage of dorsal hippocampus in mice F1 from DBA/2J and C57BL/6J on the learning in conditions of free choice in a complex multialternative maze was studied. It was revealed that the HPC-mice were able to form a 4-links food-getting habit in the cyclic form. The main differences affected the conjugation of the investigate activity, behavioral efficiency and inhibition of mistakes.

The interaction (synchronization) of activity of the medial prefrontal cortex, hippocampus and basolateral amygdala have been studied in the course of performance of conditioned avoidance reflex. The pre-stimulus expectation period was characterized by low-frequency delta-activity (1-4 Hz) with the source (according to criteria of Granger causality) in the prefrontal cortex and also by synchronized theta-rhythm (6-8 Hz) in the hippocampus. The performance of conditioned avoidance reflex was characterized by generation of high-frequency synchronized theta-rhythm (8-11 Hz) simultaneously with delta-activity elimination.

The influence of spatial imprinting on cognitive activity of adult mice F1 from DBA/2J C57BL/6J in a transformable multialternative maze has been studied. A control mice initially learned in a maze with "direct" and "bypass" pathway between feeders. They successfully formed a food-getting habit after 9-10 sessions using mainly direct pathway, so the final route decision was consistent with the principle of least action.

122 patients aged 26 to 70 years (middle ages--54,1 +/- 2,8 years) who had history of arterial hypertension (AH) II stage have been observed. All patients conducted day's monitoring blood pressure (BP) and was determined their quality of life (QL) using the questionnaire of "SF-36 Health Status Survey". The results were conducted in accordance with instruction of the company of "Evidens are Clinico-pharmacological researches".
