An "imitation" task of evaluating the adequacy of model gravitation (SRC) and natural one with consideration of the distribution of liquid environment in human lower extremities (interval evaluation) has been formulated and solved. A reversed "imitation" task of calculating the SRC rotation frequency with consideration of a patient's individual height on the basis of zero difference on the criterion suggested. The methods developed were realized in a doctor's interface that provides a mode of a calculation experiment.

A proposed criterion of the adequacy of modeled (short radius centrifugation) and natural force of gravity (direct problem) helped to the statement and resolution of a reverse simulation problem in calculation of the SRC rotation speed as a function of subject's height with the zero difference in the adequacy criterion The model is fulfiled as a doctor's interface for computational experiments. It was shown that SRC should be rotated at 2 g to reproduce the natural force of gravity for medium-height human subjects (180 cm).

Methods of mathematical modeling in the interests of gravitational therapy revealed a number of specific effects of the short-radius centrifuge (SRC) on human leg vessels. The concepts of local g-loads and local hydrostatic pressure during exposure to the gravitational and inertial forces have been formulated. Experimental data suggest a squared dependence of local hydrostatic pressures (including in the pathology focus) on the radius of rotation; extra asymmetric oscillations of main vessels, point to the effects of the Coriolis acceleration of blood on vascular walls.

The model of experimental chronic pulmonary aspergillosis has been obtained in mice and guinea pigs by the intrapulmonary infection of the animals with the suspension of Aspergillus mycelium and spores in complete Freund's adjuvant. Such method of infection has made it possible to produce chronic local mycotic process. Morphologically, focal inflammatory changes of the lung tissue with the subsequent formation of a multitude of small abscesses in these areas have been observed as characteristic manifestations of aspergillosis.
