Diagnostic potentialities of modified 27 and 30 precordial ECG-leads were defined for rapid assessment of the coronary blood flow in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and chronic coronary heart disease during an acute pharmacological test. ECG criterita of limiting AMI size and ECG criteria of the ischemic reaction during the pharmacological xantinol nicotinate test were defined. It was proved that the use of multiple ECG leads raised the sensitivity of the ECG method in the diagnosis of AMI by 13.
