The analysis of 162 surgical deliveries cases in HIV-infected pregnant women was carried out. Anaemia type identification was based on blood analysis data and erythrocytes morphology. Ways of disease correction were defined.

We have studied types of hemodynamics and results of arterial hypertension intensive care in 136 pregnant women in 32-38 weeks of gestation. Stroke and cardiac indexes, general peripheral vascular resistance, mean arterial pressure, cardiac work and other hemodynamic parameters were investigated by echocardiographic method. We worked out regression equations for each type of hemodynamics.

The authors suggested a new method for preparing the delivery in patients with severe gestosis consisting of local applications of Enzaprost F hydrogel in association with the correction of arterial hypertension in relation with the hemodynamic type. Unlike the previous preparations, in the composition of the hydrogel with prostaglandin F2-alpha, polyvinylpyrrolidone is also included, thus increased adhesive properties and a slower release of prostaglandin resulting. The correction of arterial hypertension depending on the hemodynamic type provided rapid stabilization of patients' condition.
