[The research potential of educational organizations of research educational medical cluster "The Northern-Caucasian" as a resource of innovative development].

The article presents the results of comparative analysis of the research potential of participants of the North Caucasian Scientific and Educational Medical Cluster. The differences in the indices of training of residents and post-graduate students, the availability of research and pedagogical personnel, the scope of research studies and income received from their commercialization in educational organizations participating in the cluster were studied. It is noted that the medical faculties of educational organizations of various departmental subordination, in terms of their research activities, differ from medical universities of the Minzdrav of Russia.

[The comparative analysis of some indices of effectiveness of of education organizations of the Northern Caucasus Federal Okrug concerning medical personnel training within the framework of scientific educational medical claster "The Northern Caucasus"].

The article presents the results of comparative analysis of educational potential of participants of the scientific and educational medical cluster «North Caucasus». The differences in average unified state examination score of students of educational institutions - participants of the cluster, teaching staff with academic degrees, educational literature and other indices are examined. It is noted that the toughening of unified state examination procedure implementation and increase of number of applicants entering through target admission, resulted in certain decrease of average score of unified state examination in entrants.

Personal, semantic and communicational aspects of helping among adolescents.

Background: The main research question of the article is how the perception of help and the style of interpersonal relations are connected. In a broad sense, the question refers to the problem of constant and situational variables of prosocial activity. The main methodological framework is Vygotsky's cultural-historical psychology, in particular, the mechanism of interiorization and the interaction of interpsychological and intrapsychological processes.

[The organizational features of three-stage program of prevention of rhinosinusitis in student youth].

The problem of preserving health of students remains an important task due to peculiarities of their studies and life. The otorhinolaryngologic pathology, in particular rhinosinusitis, occupies one of leading positions in the structure of morbidity of students. The purpose of study is to assess morbidity in students and to develop three-stage prevention program with subsequent evaluation of its effectiveness.

[New trends in antimicrobial therapy of chronic purulent mesotympanitis].

Antibiotic therapy with colbiocin of chronic purulent mesotympanitis achieved a response rate of 92%, recurrence-free interval reached 6 months in 84% of the treated patients. This allows to recommend colbiocin as a drug of choice in hospital and outpatient treatment of chronic purulent mesotympanitis.
