Purpose: Genomic tests can identify ER-positive HER2-negative localized breast cancer patients who may not benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy. Objectives: To determine the association between self-rated health (SRH) and functional status, comorbidity, toxicity of treatment and mortality in older patients with newly-diagnosed cancer.

Materials And Methods: Patients aged 65 and over, newly diagnosed were recruited at the Jewish General Hospital, Montreal, Canada. Background: Although the taxanes paclitaxel and docetaxel are among the most active agents for the treatment of a wide range of cancers, tumours often develop resistance to these treatments.
