Understanding the process of genetic adaptation in response to human-mediated ecological change will help elucidate the eco-evolutionary impacts of human activity. In the 1930s red imported fire ants (Solenopsis invicta) were accidently introduced to the Southeastern USA, where today they are both venomous predators and toxic prey to native eastern fence lizards (Sceloporus undulatus). Here, we investigate potential lizard adaptation to invasive fire ants by generating whole-genome sequences from 420 lizards across three populations: one with long exposure to fire ants, and two unexposed populations.

Through our High Throughput Truthing project, we are creating a validation dataset for AI/ML models trained in the assessment of stromal tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (sTILs) in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC).
Materials And Methods: We obtained clinical metadata for hematoxylin and eosin-stained glass slides and corresponding scanned whole slide images (WSIs) of TNBC core biopsies from two US academic medical centers.

Results compared to KT from other causes are controversial, and we aimed to assess the clinical course, complications, and survival of LN patients undergoing KT.
Methodology: Retrospective cohort of 99 KT due to LN from 1977 to 2023 at a single center, divided into two groups according to the immunosuppression period: G1 (before 2009) and G2 (from 2009 onwards).
Introduction: The aims of this study were to determine (1) whether endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) inhibition stimulates endothelial microvesicles (EMVs) release and (2) the effect of EMVs derived from eNOS-inhibited cells on endothelial cell eNOS, inflammation, apoptosis, and tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA).
Methods: Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were treated with the eNOS inhibitor (NG-nitro-
