Aim: To explore the features of vectorcardiograms (VCG) of patients with essential hypertension complicated by chronic heart failure with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (CHFrLVEF).

Materials And Methods: We analyzed VCGs of 70 hypertensive patients with CHFrLVEF and 275 hypertensive patients without clinical signs of CHF and with LVEF50%. We assessed the presence of rhythm and conduction disturbances, and the parameters of the synthesized VCG, i.

Trained detection dogs distinguish between urine samples from healthy organisms and organisms with malignant tumors, suggesting that the volatile urine metabolome contains information about tumor progression. The aim of this study was to determine whether the stage of tumor growth affects the chemical differences in the urine of mice and to what extent the "olfactory image of disease" perceived by dogs coincides with the "image of disease" recorded by the mass spectrometer. We used a novel laser ionization mass spectrometry method and propose a mass spectrometric analysis without detailed interpretation of the spectrum of volatile metabolomes in urine.

A novel algorithm developed for supersonic gas jet profile retrieval from interferometric measurement is presented. The algorithm uses the Fourier transform method for the phase map restoration and method based on radial profile approximation by a set of hyper-Gaussian functions and their forward Abel transform for 3D gas density profile restoration. The numerical algorithm of the 3D gas density profile restoration based on expansion of the density radial distribution by a basis of hyper-Gaussian functions is compared with algorithms of the inverse Abel transform.

Nowadays, laser wakefield acceleration is considered to be one of the perspective methods for GeV electron beam production. The combination of laser accelerated electrons and Compton backscattering of a probe light beam opens the possibility of creating the tabletop source of a femtosecond light beam in x-ray and gamma ranges. The project is aimed at creating a laser-driven Compton light source in ILP SB RAS in collaboration with BINP SB RAS.
