The goal of our research was to study the to identify key aspects of the management of emotional disorders in the practice of operative treatment of proximal femoral fractures in elderly patients. The study was conducted with 24 patients who needed surgical treatment of proximal femoral fracture and were at risk for the development of psycho-emotional disorders due to the presence of emotional disorders of an anxiety-depressive nature were examined. The presence of such disorders was recorded at the time of admission, before and after surgical treatment using specialized psychodiagnostic techniques.

In the article is presented the analysis of treatment of 32 patients with shoulder joint instability. There have been studied the outcomes of treatment after the arm "suspension" operations, interventions at the anterior region of an articulation, derotational osteotomies of an arm. The authors have analysed the application of external rod fixatives in treatment of 47 victims with multiple fractures and associated damages of the locomotor system. They indicate the expediency of application of these fixative in case of rendering of the urgent medical aid because the execution of urgent stable osteosynthesis reduces the number of complications and contributes to getting of good anatomical and functional results of treatment.
