Evaluating the Effectivenes of Antiseptic Solution Decasan in Treatment of Necrotic Soft Tisue Diseases.

It is often the cause of hospitalization and death in patients treated in intensive care and other hospital wards. Latest research brought to better understanding of patomechanisms, took place significant development of therapy heading to improvement of general patients condition treated as a basis and additionally supported by local therapy.

[Local impact of antiseptic medical textile on tissues of organism].

Morphological investigation for studying of a local impact on the tissues, localized in the antiseptic textile implantation zone, was conducted. The textile was impregnated by composition of decametoxine with modified polysaccharides. Basing on the investigation result there was established the absence of a toxic impact of antiseptic medical textile on the macroorganism tissues, the regenerative processes course, the wounds epithelization, antioedematous and anti-inflammatory effects.

[Local medical support during surgical treatment of purulent inflammation].

Acute purulent affection of soft tissues is revealing in 8.8-14% patients in the general surgery hospitals. Hospital strains of microbes of an acute surgical infection are highly sensitive toward preparations of surface--active substances, of which antiseptics on the decametoxine background have the highest antimicrobic activity.

[The combined treatment of psoriasis using curative factors from the Sea of Azov].

A total of 319 psoriasis patients were treated at the Interdistrict Rehabilitation Center for Skin Diseases. Multiple-modality treatment making use of therapeutic factors of the Sea of Azov (sea water, liman and sea muds, solar or UV irradiation, mineral water) and (in some cases) drugs was employed. The suggested method of differentiated therapy in summer and autumn-winter has brought a manifest therapeutic effect, was conducive to regression of the clinical symptoms, to normalization of concomitant abnormalities of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, hematologic, biochemical, and immunological parameters.
