However, challenges often arise in preserving programs' effectiveness outside the context of their intervention development. Background: Degenerative Cervical Myelopathy (DCM) is the most common cause of non-traumatic, chronic spinal cord dysfunction worldwide, causing debilitating disability with a diminishing quality of life.
