Studied is kanamycin sulphate "Pharmachem", substance with activity 750 UI/mg, applied on albino rats in the form of water aerosol. The experiments are carried out in aerosol camera of flow-dynamic type with capacity 450 l at exchange of the air 60 l/min with aerosol apparatus of pneumatic type, for 10 min and staying in the aerosol cloud another 10 min. Experiments were carried out to establish the leukosis virus in lymphocytes from the peripheral blood of spontaneously infected cattle. The infected animals were detected by means of the agar gel immunodiffusion test in demonstrating the presence of leukosis virus antibodies. Lymphocytes were obtained from the blood of positively reacting animals, which were cultured at 37 degrees C for 3 to 5 days in a 'MEM' nutrient medium with the addition of 10 per cent fetal calf serum and antibiotics.

We studied the hide, neck knots, as well as the liver of calves infected intradermally with strain KOS-Haskovo of Bovid Herpes Virus 2. On the spot of the injection we found necrotic changes in the superficial strata of the epidermis, hydropic distrophy of St. spinosum and also eosinophil intranuclear inclusions in separate epithelial cells.

Electron-microscopic studies were carried out on S and R variants of Brucella suis 1330 and the production of L forms induced with the use of penicillin. No variations were established in the ultrastructure of the initial forms. However, essential differences were observed in the ultrastructure between the latter and the L-transformed Brucellae as well as changes that differentiated the ultrastructure of L forms obtained from S variants from that of L forms obtained from R variants.
