The authors developed system of mass prophylaxis of essential hypertension disease and its complications. It considers biological and socio-cultural risk factors of essential hypertension disease and its complications. This system is of particular interest by its realistic approach to real situation in health care and its efficiency resulted in decreasing the temporary disability, disablement and death rate caused by the disease.
