CAR-T cellular therapy represents an innovation within pediatric hematology and oncology used to treat relapse and refractory leukemias, solid tumors, and lymphomas when standard therapy has not worked. However, this type of therapy could lead to the onset of some clinical complications that must be managed appropriately and promptly.
