Reflectance of graphene-coated dielectric plates in the framework of Dirac model: joint action of energy gap and chemical potential.

We investigate the reflectance of a dielectric plate coated with a graphene sheet which possesses the nonzero energy gap and chemical potential at any temperature. The general formalism for the reflectance using the polarization tensor is presented in the framework of Dirac model. It allows calculation of the reflectivity properties for any material plate coated with real graphene sheet on the basis of first principles of quantum electrodynamics.

[Kirlianography used to treat patients who are suffering from iron-deficiency anemia with gastroenterological pathology].

The data given below show the efficiency of the therapy of the patients suffering from iron-deficiency anemia with gastroenterological pathology and helicobacter infection. The indicators of red blood of the patients from the group where they had been treated with medicine containing iron and antihelicobacterial therapy had a tendency to be higher with a prolonged compensation of anemia in comparison with the group of the patients who had not had antibacterial therapy. Finger kirliandiagnostics was offered as an express-method to identify a possible infection.

[Cycloferon therapy of acute and chronic virus hepatitis C].

Complex clinical and laboratory examination of patients with HCV infection revealed that the use of cycloferon provided earlier normalization of the clinical and biochemical parameters and lower immunological imbalance vs. the basic therapy alone. High antiviral effect of the drug was shown.

[The hypotensive effect of compression action on the chest cavity in patients with arterial hypertension].

Effect were studied of a dosed chest compression on the arterial pressure (AP) in stage I-II hypertensive disease. AP was recorded at all procedures, during the whole time the respective procedure was being conducted and during five days following the course of treatment. A significant hypotensive effect was recordable in the wake of chest compression.

[Metabolism macroergic compounds in erythrocytes in the initial forms of cerebrovascular diseases].

The spectra of 31P-NMR erythrocytes in patients with initial symptoms of cerebral circulation insufficiency compared to blood-donors were analysed. The expansion of 31P-NMR ATP and 2,3-DPG signals is observed in pathology. On these grounds the authors have come to a conclusion that the population of erythrocytes is more heterogeneous as to oxygen saturation than in normal state.
