[Pathoanatomic assessment of iatrogenies and quality of clinical diagnosis].

Classifications of iatrogenic diseases are presented for establishing their causes, their place in the pathology diagnosis and legal pathology. The quality of clinical diagnosis should be considered including the index of quality of clinical diagnosis of the deceased.

[Fibromyxomatous hyperplasia of the heart valves as a manifestation of intrauterine carditis].

A rare case of the combination of fibromyxomatous hyperplasia of the valves and postmyocarditis elastofibrosis is described in a child who died at the age of 1 month and 26 days. The genesis of the heart pathology may be attributed to the carditis at the early fetal period. A possible source of the carditis could be a focus of chronic inflammation in the maternal internal genitalia.
