Purpose: To compare the effectiveness of slow freezing (SF) and vitrification (VT) for ovarian tissue cryopreservation using a xenograft model.
Methods: From September 2020 to August 2023, ovarian tissues from patients aged 18 to 37 undergoing benign ovarian surgery were divided into three groups. Group 1: fresh tissues (FC) were immediately fixed for analysis.
Purpose: To investigate the association between optic disc size and circumpapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (cpRNFL) thinning in eyes with preperimetric glaucoma and glaucoma.
Design: Observational cohort.
Participants: A total of 841 eyes (554 primary open angle glaucoma [POAG] and 287 preperimetric glaucoma) from 553 patients who had at least 4 visits and 2 years of follow-up using optical coherence tomography.
This paper proposes a system with an absolute term, exhibiting chaos. The system's dynamics are examined by computation of bifurcation and Lyapunov exponents. This system has a countable finite coexisting nested attractors.

Background: Non-invasive multi-cancer early detection (MCED) tests have shown promise in enhancing early cancer detection. However, their clinical utility across diverse populations remains underexplored, limiting their routine implementation. This study aims to validate the clinical utility of a multimodal non-invasive circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA)-based MCED test, SPOT-MAS (Screening for the Presence Of Tumor by DNA Methylation And Size).

We conducted this study to evaluate the distribution of LN metastases in patients with ESCC who received NCRT combined minimally invasive esophagectomy (MIE).
Methods: From March 2019 to September 2023, patients with middle- and lower-third ESCC received NCRT, followed by MIE with two-field lymphadenectomy, were included in this study.
