Objective: Higher risks of uterine rupture have been reported among women attempting vaginal birth after caesarean (VBAC) particularly following induction with prostaglandins, compared with women who do not labour. This study aimed to estimate these risks as well as that associated with oxytocin use.
Design: Population-based retrospective cohort study involving all women who had their first births by caesarean.
The purpose of this study was to describe the universal and health deviation self-care of adolescents with Type 1 diabetes and the associations of basic conditioning factors with universal and health deviation self-care. Subjects for this study were 152 adolescents aged between 11 and 15 years with a diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes. Data were collected in the home setting of each adolescent and his or her family.

Although IL-6, IL-10, IL-18, and TNF-alpha were produced in the heart during acute infection, BALB/c mice lacked a substantial IL-2 and IFN-gamma response.
