The risk of developing subsequent breast cancer is higher in women diagnosed with benign breast disease (BBD) but these studies were primarily performed in non-Hispanic white populations. Still, these estimates have been used to inform breast cancer risk models that are being used clinically across all racial and ethnic groups. Given the high breast cancer mortality rates among African American (AA) women, it is critical to study BBD in this population, to ensure the risk models that include this information perform adequately.

Materials And Methods: Thirty subjects within the age range of 18 to 35 years participated in this study. The subjects received a total of 60 single crowns, which were divided into two groups: (1) 30 glazed monolithic zirconia crowns opposed by natural enamel (group A); and (2) 30 polished monolithic zirconia crowns opposed by natural enamel (group B).
Background: Congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract (CAKUT) cover a spectrum of structural malformations that result from aberrant morphogenesis of kidney and urinary tract. It is the most prevalent cause of kidney failure in children. Hence, it is important from a clinical perspective to unravel the molecular etiology of kidney and urinary tract malformations.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the molecular responses of podocytes to nephrotic plasma to identify specific genes and signaling pathways differentiating various clinical NS groups as well as biological processes that drive injury in normal podocytes.
Objective: To identify the optimal adjuvant treatment regimen for patients with endometrioid and non-endometrioid node-positive endometrial cancer.
Methods: We retrospectively identified 249 women with FIGO 2009 stage IIIC endometrial cancer at our institution who underwent surgical staging from 1985 to 2015 followed by external beam radiotherapy (RT), chemotherapy (CT), or a combination of CT + RT. Survival rates were calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method.
