We describe the first case of ethmoid metastasis from an oropharyngeal human papillomavirus-induced squamous cell carcinoma using the anti-P16 immunohistochemistry. The p16 overexpression can be a valuable aid in the differential diagnosis.

Fibromyxoma of the middle ear (a case report). We report an extremely rare case of fibromyxoma of the middle ear which was first suspected to be a cholesteatoma. Surgery was performed through a postauricular incision and pathologic study of the tumor gave us the final diagnosis.
