The article presents a literature review that analyzes methods of stenting the laryngeal-tracheal lumen after reconstructive surgical interventions. 49 literature sources were studied. The advantages and disadvantages of existing stents are determined.

First Observation of the Doubly Cabibbo-Suppressed Decay of a Charmed Baryon: Λ_{c}^{+}→pK^{+}π^{-}.

We report the first observation of the decay Λ_{c}^{+}→pK^{+}π^{-} using a 980  fb^{-1} data sample collected by the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e^{+}e^{-} collider. This is the first observation of a doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decay of a charmed baryon. We measure the branching ratio of this decay with respect to its Cabibbo-favored counterpart to be B(Λ_{c}^{+}→pK^{+}π^{-})/B(Λ_{c}^{+}→pK^{-}π^{+})=(2.

[Biliary pathology in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and methods for its correction with the use of health resort and spa factors].

Diagnostics and treatment of hepatobiliary pathologies are known to be the indispensable prerequisites for the successful compensation of diabetes mellitus (DM). The present study revealed disturbances of bile-producing and bile-secreting functions of the liver in all the examined patients with DM. Moreover, the biochemical composition of bile and the ratio of its major components proved to be pathologically altered.
