Unlabelled: Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) is one of the most serious complications of type 1 diabetes mellitus. Its treatment requires fluid and electrolyte replacement and insulin. Hypophosphatemia as a complication of treatment has been scarcely evaluated.
