Conformational changes in DNA and protein biomolecules were studied in ischemic stroke (IS) cases varying severity by Raman spectroscopy. The conformational structure of hematoporphyrin was found to change in IS patients, leading to a higher (I/I)/(I/I) ratio (hemoglobin affinity of for ligands) and an increase in I/I (a change in pyrrole conformation). Changes in genomic DNA spectra were observed at frequencies caused by stretching vibrations of primary amines (3400 cm), secondary amines and hydroxyls involved in hydrogen bonding (3100 cm), and CH groups of sugar phosphates (2900 cm) and vibrations of vibrational bonds between nitrogenous bases and sugars (1400 cm).

Material And Methods: Experimentally on 60 mongrel dogs with acute peritonitis, pancreatitis, intestinal obstruction of varying severity, the state of renal function, including detoxification, was assessed based on the assessment of the inflow-outflow difference in the level of toxins and in the parenchyma of organs - the composition of lipids, the activity of peroxidation of membrane lipids and phospholipases. Clinical and laboratory studies included patients with acute peritonitis (48), acute pancreatitis (18), intestinal obstruction (21), acute purulent secondary pyelonephritis (19).
This work investigated the effect of Fe/Mn ratio on the microstructure and mechanical properties of non-equimolar FeMnCoCr ( = 30% and 50%) high-entropy alloys (HEAs) fabricated by laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) additive manufacturing. Process optimization was conducted to achieve fully dense FeMnCoCr and FeMnCoCr HEAs using a volumetric energy density of 105.82 J·mm.

Many of their common symptoms can be linked to dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system (dysautonomia). This study aimed to objectively assess autonomic function in a general group of patients with PCC and in a group of patients with ME/CFS whose disease was not related to COVID-19.
