[SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF THE LEGISLATIVE CONSOLIDATION OF THE INSTITUTION OF EARLY CARE FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES].

For the purposes of this work, children with disabilities include disabled children or children aged 0 to 8 years who are not recognized as disabled in the prescribed manner, but who have temporary or permanent deviations in physical and (or) mental development (hereinafter - children with disabilities). The legislative basis for the implementation of the rights and opportunities of children with disabilities and their families is constituted by constitutional provisions that enshrine state guarantees for the protection of childhood, motherhood, paternity, family (part 1 of article 38, paragraph "g.1" of part 1 of article 72 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation).

[Legal Regulation of Hospital-Substituting Aspects of Social Services for Elderly and Disabled Citizens at Home.].

The article presents information about a significant number of people older than working age, disabled people and recipients of social services in stationary form and about the unfavorable forecast of the number of people older than 65 years for 2024 and 2030 in the Russian Federation, which determines the need for legal regulation of their lifestyle issues with respect for human rights to lead an independent lifestyle. The authors present an analysis of the federal and regional legal framework in terms of determining the circumstances under which a citizen is recognized as needing social services, the participation of local self-government bodies and subordinate organizations in the provision of social services, the implementation of social support, the introduction of hospital-substituting social service technologies. The article discusses the trends and ways to improve the legal regulation of social services for elderly and disabled citizens at home from the perspective of the introduction of hospital-substituting elements.

[The evaluation of level of awareness of student youth of issues of HIV-infection].

The article presents the results of study targeted to assessing the level of awareness of students about HIV-infection. On the basis of analysis of publications data, it was established that students of the Russian universities are generally informed about ways of transmission HIV-infection and means and measures of its prevention. It was demonstrated that Russian students are not sufficiently aware of the clinical manifestations of HIV-infection, they do not fully understand the danger of HIV infection as a fatal disease, and often experience phobias against persons living with HIV-infection.

[The experience of using thrombolysis in patients with acute disturbances of cerebral circulation: efficacy, safety, predictors of outcome and hemorrhagic transformation].

Aim: To evaluate neurological and functional outcomes of early stage of ischemic stroke, their determining factors and predictors of hemorrhagic transformation in patients who received thrombolysis.

Material And Methods: A retrospective analysis of 147 patients, who underwent thrombolysis, and 127 patients, matched for basic parameters, who did not receive thrombolysis, was performed. Anamnesis, results of clinical examination, a spectrum of laboratory-instrumental parameters were evaluated.
