Results of treatment in 2010 - 2015 yrs of 187 patients, suffering haemodynamically significant stenosis of carotid arteries, on background of upcoming surgical treatment of the lower extremities tissues chronic ischemia, an ischemic heart disease or diseases of digestive system, were analyzed. In generalized atherosclerosis and an acute disorder of the brain blood circulation in anamnesis it is necessary to conduct the carotid arteries affection screening. In haemodynamically significant stenosis of carotid arteries in patients, suffering an ischemic heart disease and the digestive system diseases, as a first stage a carotid endarterectomy was performed for reduction of the occurrence risk for ischemic insult after operation performed for the main disease.

Experience of active tactics of treatment application in 18 patients, suffering an acute thrombosis in system of lower vena cava, is presented. Possibilities were estimated and efficacy of active surgical tactics proved in continuing deep vein thrombosis on early stage were estimated. Active tactics, using catheter--governed thrombolysis, permits to escape pulmonary thromboembolism and to reduce a severity of further chronic venous insufficiency.

Diabetic foot (DF) is considered now the main cause of amputations of lower limbs. The analysis of the results of 266 percutaneous endovascular interventions (EV) performed during 2008-2012 in 245 patients with ischemic and neuroishemic DF was carried out. 76% of the patients underwent percutaneous balloon angioplasty (PBA), 24%--PBA + stenting.
