Glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) has a wide range of actions and positively affects viability, proliferative activity and migratory ability of cells in nervous system. That is why GDNF is being considered as a therapeutic molecule in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, in particular Parkinson's disease. However, GDNF has the same effect on high-grade glioma cells promoting their growth, resistance to therapy and dissemination.

The last two methods are the most used, as they enable detecting both tumor protein markers and their localizations within the cells. In this study, we have investigated a possibility of using RNA aptamers, in particular, 2'-F-pyrimidyl-RNA aptamer ME07 (48 nucleotides long), specific to the receptor of epidermal growth factor (EGFR, ErbB1, Her1), as an alternative to monoclonal antibodies for aptacytochemistry and aptahistochemistry for human glioblastoma multiforme (GBM).

Patients intolerable to local steroids require an alternative. One drug that covers those needs is Cyclosporine 0.

Materials And Methods: The light and electron microscopy methods were used when studying structural changes in the endometrium in case of postpartum endometritis in seven cows. Sections of endometrial specimens for light microscopy, 5-7 µm thick, were stained with hematoxylin and eosin and also by Van Gieson's.
The method is based on enzyme immunoassay for definition of nuclear matrix proteins forming part of the cell nuclear capsule. Quantity of these proteins increase 20-80 times in cancer of the bladder. A total of 83 patients participated in the trial.
