[Evaluation by the population of health care delivery in an urban polyclinic].

The findings of investigating the possibilities of managing the quality of health care delivery in an urban polyclinic are provided on the basis of studying the patient's satisfaction of the care delivered. The materials are addressed to physicians and senior staff of urban polyclinics.
