[Crohn disease].

Among 2,443 patients who underwent operation for acute appendicitis in a period of 9 years 19 had Crohn's disease. The specific features of the clinical picture and the morphological changes are described. The diagnosis and surgical tactics in Crohn's disease are discussed.
