[Endoscopic treatment of Mirizzi syndrome].

Mirizzi syndrome is a complication of cholelithiasis occurring in 0.25-6% of cases [1]. Clinical pattern includes jaundice due to prolapse of a large calculus into the common bile duct following cholecystocholedochal fistula.
