[Modification of Norwood's operation in children].

Modified Norwood's operations were performed on 46 children aged from 1 to 180 days. The operations were performed on patients with the single heart ventricle in combination with hypoplasia or atresia of the aorta. Atrioseptostomy was fulfilled in 29 children.
