Background: Neurophysiological investigations are infrequently utilized in the diagnostic workup of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS).

Objective: To determine the potential contributions of neurophysiological assessments in the diagnostic process of LUTS and their integration into systemic neurological and psychosomatic disorders.

Cannabinoid oro-mucosal spray nabiximols is approved for patients with moderate to severe multiple sclerosis spasticity (MSS) resistant to other antispastic medications. Few real-world data are available on the effectiveness, safety and patients' satisfaction in MS patients treated with nabiximols as monotherapy. To investigate the effectiveness, tolerability and satisfaction of nabiximols in a real-life multicentric Swiss cohort as monotherapy or with stable doses of other antispastic medications, and explore clinical features which may predict treatment response.

Brucellosis is prevalent in North and East Africa, the Middle East, South and Central Asia, South and Central America and the Mediterranean countries of Europe. In 5% of cases it may lead to central nervous system manifestation presenting most often as a meningitis or meningoencephalitis. Here we report and discuss a case of neurobrucellosis with meningitis with cranial nerves neuritis.

Objective: To describe the spontaneous evolution of tibial somatosensory evoked potentials (tSSEPs) after spinal cord injury (SCI) and its relation to neurological and functional parameters.

Methods: tSSEPs were assessed in 297 patients within five standardized time intervals throughout the first year after injury, along with neurological and functional parameters.

Results: Roughly 60% of the patients did not show any recordable tSSEP throughout the first year after injury.

Objectives: To improve the diagnosis of damaged spinal motor pathways in incomplete spinal cord injury (iSCI) by assessing the facilitation of lower limbs motor evoked potentials (MEP).

Methods: Control subjects (n = 12) and iSCI patients (n = 21) performed static and dynamic isometric foot dorsiflexions. MEPs induced by transcranial magnetic stimulation and EMG background of tibialis anterior muscle (TA) were analyzed.
