Endoscopic Transnasal Management of Giant Paediatric Sinonasal Ossifying Fibroma.

The ossifying fibroma is a rare fibro-osseous benign lesion of bone in the head and neck region. The mandible is the most common site reported followed by maxilla and other bones of the skull. A paediatric male presented with protrusion of the right eyeball for one-month duration.
