Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) of the upper gastrointestinal tract without extensive cutaneous disease is uncommon and usually asymptomatic. Herein, the case of a 37-year-old man who presented with iron deficiency anemia is reported. A colonoscopy was unremarkable and upper endoscopy revealed multiple raised, hemorrhagic, plaque-like lesions throughout the stomach and the small intestine.
