Primary lung cancer is an extremely rare neoplasm in young adults. Tracheoesophageal/bronchoesophageal fistulas are often caused by locally advanced esophageal cancer and lung cancer, and result in life-threatening conditions such as severe cough and dyspnea due to pneumonia. Objective: To assess the frequency of osteosclerotic changes on CT that appeared after treatment with gefitinib in patients with lung adenocarcinoma and the relationship between the osteosclerotic changes and the response to the therapy.

The aspiration of foreign bodies into the bronchus frequently occurs in children as well as in elderly people.
