Persistent Mullerian duct syndrome is a rare entity and usually presents with common symptoms of undescended testis and hernia. The syndrome is caused by an insufficient amount of Mullerian inhibiting substance or due to the insensitivity of the target organ to Mullerian inhibiting substance. Polysplenia is a rare congenital disease manifested by multiple small accessory spleens.

Methods: CT evaluation with multiplanar and 3-D reformations of 62 patients done with pelvic and hip fractures during 18 months. The mode of injury and treatment were recorded.
A 16-year old girl presented with a history of abdominal pain, lump in epigastrium since one year. The ultrasound examination showed an epigastric mass, which was delineated as a filling defect in the stomach on barium studies. Upper GI endoscopy showed a large intragastric mass composed of hair.
