Pituitary tumour is not typically thought of as an elderly patient's condition. Hence, we examined all cases of confirmed or suspected pituitary tumour diagnosed in a tertiary hospitals at Mumbai, India during May 2015 and May 2023 among patients over the age of 70 to evaluate the prevalence, clinical presentation, management, complications in elderly patients with a pituitary tumour. After the age of 70 years, 16% people having pituitary tumour were observed.

Background: Craniotomy is associated with significant postoperative discomfort. Standardized pain management and enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocol could improve patient-reported outcomes and lower medical expenses.

Aim:  The aim of this study is to prospectively assess the effectiveness of an ERAS protocol for neurosurgery in the treatment of postoperative pain following elective craniotomies.

Meningiomas are rare in the pediatric age group, more so in the intraventricular location. They arise in the lateral ventricles from the arachnoid cells contained within the choroid plexus, in the third ventricle from the velum interpositum and in the fourth ventricle from the choroids. These tumors are usually large and have an aggressive behaviour.
