Aim: To study the efficacy of medical rehabilitation outpatient program 'Point of Soberness' with the use of prolonged injectable naltrexone for alcohol dependent parents of minor children.
Material And Methods: One hundred and seventeen patients with severe disease form without remissions were enrolled in the study. All patients were parents at risk of deprivation of parental rights.
Aim: To evaluate the efficacy of treatment of patients at risk of deprivation of parental rights due to alcohol dependence under the 'Point of Soberness' program including psychotherapy and intramuscular injections of extended-release naltrexone (vivitrol).
