Psychosis in a Patient with Davidoff-Dyke-Masson Syndrome.

Objectives: To report the finding of psychosis in a patient with Davidoff-Dyke-Masson Syndrome.

Method: Case report.

Conclusions: Right-sided hemiatrophy may be an addition to the list of neuro-developmental and structural cerebral anomalies associated with psychotic disorders including schizophrenia.

Multiple splenic artery aneurysms: a rare cause of extrahepatic portal hypertension and massive splenomegaly.

A 39-year-old nulliparous female was admitted with massive splenomegaly. Computed tomography of abdomen revealed multiple aneurysms in the distal half of the splenic artery. Splenic artery aneurysms are rare in nulliparous women and most cases are reported in females with a past history of pregnancy.

PHACE syndrome in antenatally diagnosed posterior fossa anomaly.

PHACE is a neurocutaneous syndrome, an acronym to describe patients with facial segmental hemangiomas and other malformations. We describe a newborn antenatally diagnosed to have posterior fossa anomaly and subsequently as PHACE syndrome.

A study of clinical characteristicsof mediastinal mass.

Background: Mediastinal tumours are uncommon lesions encountered in clinical practice. There has been a significant increase in the incidence of malignant mediastinal tumours over the past four decades. The presentation varies from asymptomatic lesions detected incidentally on imaging to severe life threatening presentations.
