Background: Oral Pathology curriculum is taught as didactic lectures which promotes rote learning. This study intends to introduce and assess the impact of Case based Learning in student's performance and to obtain the perception of students towards it.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted from March 2021 to January 2022 among dental undergraduate students (N=25) of Gandaki Medical College, Pokhara.

Background: Demirjian's method is widely used method for dental age estimation. This study was conducted with objectives of applying Demirjian's 8 teeth method to estimate age in Nepalese Population and to determine Nepal-specific formulas.
Methods: We had used the Orthopantomographs of Nepalese people of age above five and below 23 years.

This paper describes the treatment of a male patient aged 14 years who presented with a skeletal class I, vertical maxillary excess, marked increase in overjet, thin palatal cortex and a gummy smile. Considering the severity of his malocclusion and its impact severity on his psychosocial well being, he was managed with a combined approach of Fixed Orthodontic therapy and Orthognathic surgery, even though his growth was not complete. Records of Pre treatment, Post treatment and three years in retention were analyzed and the functional and esthetic results were found to be fairly stable.
