Primary intratesticular sarcoma of the testis: a rare manifestation of testicular cancer.

A 57-year-old white male presented with a 5-month history of a painless right testicular mass. Physical examination revealed a right testicular tumor. The patient underwent a right inguinal orchiectomy.

[Cisplatin-induced nephrotoxic side effects of cytostatic chemotherapy of testicular tumors].

The nephrotoxic side effect of Cis-platin was investigated in 38 patients with testicular tumors. The serum creatinine and the creatinine clearance served as function parameters. A temporary or permanent restriction of the creatinine clearance developed 31 of 38 patients during the therapy period.
