[Bulbus motility in early and late surgery of orbital floor fractures (author's transl)].

Among 638 patients with fractures of the middle third of the facial skeleton 139 were found to have clinically relevant fractures of the orbital floor. 74 of them were followed up ophthalmologically and by x-ray examination. In 49 patients the results of the operative treatment were judged from a detailed questionnaire.

[Conjunctival myiasis with Oestrus ovis larva (author's transl)].

Conjunctival infestation of the right eye with larva of the sheep nasal bot fly, Oestrus ovis Lin., is described. The larva was studied by scanning electron microscopy.

[Results of a glaucoma mass screening program (author's transl)].

During a so called "glaucoma-week" the intraocular pressure of 4661 persons was measured and the statistics obtained were evaluated according to the spss-program. The mean value of the intraocular pressure was 17.18 mm Hg, the standard deviation +/-3.

One case of an extraocular myiasis is presented. It is reported on parasites, which cause an ocular myiasis, complications and treatments.
