Background: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a chronic disorder of the upper airway. OSA surgery has oftentimes been researched based on the outcomes of single-institutional facilities. We retrospectively analyzed a multi-institutional national database to investigate the outcomes of OSA surgery and identify risk factors for complications.
