Background: A multidisciplinary care model involving the interventional radiologist, vascular surgeon, interventional nephrologist, renal advanced nurse practitioner, and renal coordinators was implemented to improve the care for the patient admitted with dysfunctional hemodialysis access. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of this multidisciplinary care model.
Method: A dedicated interventional nephrology suite was established to perform endovascular procedures for patients admitted with hemodialysis access dysfunction via the emergency department of the hospital.
Given the high risk of peri-operative morbidity and mortality associated with open repair, endovascular repair for thoraco-abdominal aneurysms is increasingly performed. Methods: The Society for Vascular Surgery Vascular Quality Initiative (VQI) registry database from the first and currently the only VQI center in Asia was reviewed to identify patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia who underwent endovascular revascularization between July 2019 and April 2024. Standardized VQI reporting variables were compared against benchmarks derived from all participating centers in North America.

Materials And Methods: This is a prospective single-center cohort study performed at a local tertiary hospital in Singapore. Consecutive patients who underwent lower limb angioplasty for CLTI using a noncompliant balloon catheter were enrolled if they were aged 40 years and above, presented with CLTI Rutherford grade 4 to 6, and had TASC C or D lesions in the lower limb vessels that were at least 100mm in length.

Methods: Existing cost-effectiveness studies comparing DCB and cPTA have not incorporated AVF/AVG abandonment costs. This Markov model-based economic evaluation incorporated AVF/AVG creation and maturation costs on top of routine intervention costs to model a hypothetical cohort of 60-year-old AVF/AVG flow dysfunction patients.
Background: A prospective, pilot study was designed to test the feasibility of using sirolimus-coated balloon (SCB) to treat graft vein junction of thrombosed arteriovenous graft (AVG) following successful pharmacomechanical thrombectomy. The present report provides the 1-year results of this study.
Methods: This is a 1-year follow-up of a single, prospective, single-arm study that was conducted from 2018 to 2019 in 20 patients who presented to a tertiary institution with thrombosed AVG.

Methods: A subgroup analysis was performed on the 24-month data comparing the Asian cohort (AC) to non-Asian cohort (NAC).
