View Article and Find Full Text PDFUsing the methods of scanning and transmission electron microscopy, the features of the structural-phase state of a vanadium alloy of the V-Cr-Ta-Zr system after a combined treatment, which consisted in cyclic alternation of thermomechanical and chemical-heat treatments, were studied. The values of yield strength and ductility of the V-Cr-Ta-Zr alloy were determined, depending on the stabilization and test temperatures. It was established that, after the combined treatment, the structural-phase state of the V-Cr-Ta-Zr alloy was composite, in which the joint implementation of dispersion and substructural strengthening ensured the formation of a gradient grain structure with a polygonal state, the elements of which were fixed by nanosized ZrO particles characterized by a high thermal stability.

Aim: Analyze main epidemiologic indicators for HIV-infection on the territory of SFR for the period from 2012 to 2014 with allotment of contributions of regions into the epidemic for development of personalized regional program for further containment of HIV spread.
Materials And Methods: Data of main statistical forms and monthly reports of all the regions situated on the territory of the district were used.
Results: At large, on both the studied territory and some regions a tendency of growth of HIV-infection morbidity with predominant parenteral transmission was detected.
The prevalence of the mutations of resistance to the main three classes of antiretroviral agents in patients receiving antiretroviral therapy was tested. Among the main drug resistance mutations for the entire period of observation was a high frequency of the occurrence M184V mutation, K101E, K103N, Y181C, and G190S influencing the development of the HIV resistance to nucleoside and non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors. The problems of the practical application of the study of HIV drug resistance in the regions of the Siberian Federal District were emphasized.
