A Rare Case of Persistent Unilateral Gestational Gigantomastia.

A 34-year-old para 2 + 0 Indonesian woman presented with persistent right-sided gestational gigantomastia some 24 months following delivery. This was severely debilitating her activities of daily living, including caring for her children. On examination, she was found to have extreme hypertrophy of her right breast, which was nodular throughout on palpation.

Pilomatrix carcinoma: 12-year experience and review of the literature.

Pilomatrix carcinoma is a rare, locally aggressive tumor with a tendency to recur. Distant metastases have been reported, with pulmonary lesions being the most frequent manifestation. Similar to pilomatrixoma, pilomatrix carcinoma typically presents as a nontender, firm dermal swelling and is found most commonly in the head and neck region.

A man in his mid-50s presented with a painful and swollen right thigh and buttock. This was accompanied by a month long history of flank pain, back pain, vague abdominal pain, limp, fever and weight loss. On examination, there was extensive erythaema, heat, tenderness, oedema and crepitus over his right buttock and thigh.
