Significant strides have been made in the development of in vitro systems for disease modelling. However, the requirement of microenvironment control has placed limitations on the generation of relevant models. Herein, we present a biological tissue printing approach that employs open-volume microfluidics to position individual cells in complex 2D and 3D patterns, as well as in single cell arrays.

Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the feasibility of patient's satisfaction assessment after endoscopy using an interactive voice response (IVR) system.

Methods: A specific IVR system was developed for this study and proposed to patients by 161 private gastroenterologists after an endoscopic procedure. No reminder was used for the patients not calling spontaneously the IVR.

Primary manifestations of HIV infection may present as a mononucleosis-like syndrome. Cases have also been reported where it presents with symptoms of encephalitis, meningitis or acute polyneuropathy. When no cause is found for such clinical symptoms, they should suggest the possibility of primary HIV infection even in a patient who is not at risk.
