Methods: COVAC-CU is an international multicenter study of Urticaria Centers of Reference and Excellence (UCAREs) that retrospectively evaluated the effects of COVID-19 vaccination in CU patients aged ≥18 years and vaccinated with ≥1 dose of any COVID-19 vaccine.
Objective: Bernard-Soulier syndrome (BSS) is one of the rare inherited platelet disorders that is characterized by macrothrombocytopenia and adhesion abnormality due to the absence or malfunctioning of the membrane GPIb-IX-V complex. There is no high-quality evidence on obstetric management of BSS owing to its rarity. The objective was to evaluate the severity of COVID-19 in patients with HAE, the course of HAE attacks, angioedema activity, and the quality-of-life scores during COVID-19 pandemic.
