Mixed-halide CsPb(Br/Cl) perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) have attracted extensive attention in light-emitting diodes (LEDs), but their low photoluminescent efficiency and especially poor stability impede their practical applications. Here, we employ bifunctional didodecyldimethylammonium thiocyanide (DDASCN) with a pseudohalogen SCN and branched DDA to obtain blue-emitting CsPbBrCl PeQDs. DDASCN significantly boosts the photoluminescence quantum yield to 92% by inhibiting nonradiative recombination.

Eculizumab, a recombined humanized monoclonal antibody which possesses high affinity for the complement protein C5, is a therapeutic agent utilized in the treatment of atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) by inhibiting the terminal complement complex C5b-9. In a pediatric patient with aHUS of 14 months, the administration of eculizumab therapy was accompanied by the inclusion of meningococcal vaccine as part of the national immunization program. Notably, no other antibiotics were administered prior to or during the course of eculizumab treatment.

Hydrogen sulfide (HS) is a poisonous pollutant that endangers the environment, and HS is also produced during food spoilage. Herein, we constructed a dicyanoisophorone-based near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent probe (DCID) to detect HS. DCID exhibited significant turn-on fluorescence at 700 nm with a low limit of detection (LOD = 74 nM), large Stokes shift (220 nm), prominent selectivity, and response time (100 s) toward HS.

Developing selective CDK7 inhibitors has emerged as a promising approach for cancer treatment owing to the critical role of CDK7 in cancer progression. Starting from BTX-A51, a CK1α inhibitor that also targets CDK7 and CDK9, we designed and synthesized a series of 2,4-diaminopyrimidine derivatives as potent CDK7 inhibitors. Ring-closing metathesis of dialkenyldisilacycloalkane using the Grubbs catalyst, followed by hydrogenation, afforded a mixture of two disilabicycloalkanes and tetrasilatricycloalkanes. This method can synthesize a diastereomer mixture of disilabicycloalkanes with one differing alkyl side chain. The observed symmetries of the NMR spectra of -bicycloalkanes depend significantly on the length of the side chain.

In this study, facile construction engineering of PrO@C with efficient photocatalytic activity was established.
