The expression and polypeptide composition of Fc-gamma-receptors of enterocytes from Bos primigenius taurus L. intestine at 3-, 5-, 7-, 9- month of fetal development was investigated. The results of immunobloting show similar composition of Fc-gamma-receptors extracted from apical and basolateral membranes.

The necessity of time reduction of incubation of small intestine in solution of chelating agents for obtaining the high-cleared fraction of absorptive cells with the low degree of their destruction is proved.

It is shown that protein bands of 140-160 kD and immunoglobulines (G1, G2, M) are absent at the moment of birth.

It is determined, that apical and basolateral membranes of newborn animals have their specific features as to the amount of protein, pollution, purification in comparison with the mature animals. For several biochemical features the fractions of apical and basolateral membranes of enterocytes of the small intestine in mature and newborn animals might be recommended for the investigations of different biochemical processes, including the norm and pathology of the digestive tract.
